Optical Assistant

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with the day to day operations of the store. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Providing excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional service at all times. Assisting the Optometrist with pre-testing, dispensing of glasses, and booking appointments. Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information. Ensuring the store is clean and tidy at all times. Contributing to the overall success of the store. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A positive, can do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work well in a team. An interest in optics and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
