Business Analyst | AP27 – Isle of Man.
Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing Change Department. This is a key role in delivering strategic improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology-driven solutions across the business.
You’ll define business cases, gather requirements, analyse data, and support the delivery of change initiatives across system development, process improvement, and digital transformation. Collaboration with stakeholders across IT, operations, and third parties is central to success in this role.
Candidates should have at least three years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the life assurance sector, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements. Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, DevOps, Visio, and API integrations is advantageous. A relevant qualification (e.g. BCS Diploma) is desirable.
