Complaints Associate | AP25 – Isle of Man.
Our client is seeking a Complaints Associate to join the Customer Outcome Improvements Team. This role focuses on investigating and resolving client concerns to the highest standards while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
You will handle verbal and written complaints — including those involving regulators, legal, and ombudsman — with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You'll also support continuous improvement by identifying trends, proposing preventative measures, and contributing to a positive, client-focused culture.
