Guest Services Executive

The successful jobholder will be the first point of contact for guests at our 4* hotel, responsible for delivering guest service excellence. The role combines administrative duties with exceptional customer/guest service to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure. The jobholder will support front-desk operations, resolve guest issues, and often mentor junior team members, as well as providing concierge services, coordinating VIP services and acting as Duty Manager when placed on duty rota. The role is 40 hours per week worked across 5 days including rotas.
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest services role within a hotel or similar environment is essential.
Educated to A level or equivalent.
Qualification in hospitality or customer service is desirable.
Proven computer skills, including experience using hotel booking programs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Commercially focused.
