Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients to the clinic in a warm and professional manner.
Managing appointments via phone, email, and booking systems.
Handling patient queries and providing information about services.
Ensuring patient records are kept accurate and up to date.
Processing payments and managing invoices.
Liaising with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
Checking Lab work in and out.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided).
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
