Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service? The Laxey Glen is looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to lead our team and create a welcoming experience for our guests.
About Us:
The Laxey Glen is a bustling café open Wednesday – Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM, serving delicious food and drinks in a stunning setting. We also host events on most weekends, from weddings to live music nights, making every week unique and exciting!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising daily front-of-house operations.
Leading and motivating the team to provide outstanding service.
Ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally.
Assisting with staff training and development.
Managing bookings and coordinating with kitchen staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy shifts.
