Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high quality dishes across our menus, events, and daily service. You’ll take ownership of a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within the Kitchen to a high standard.

Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety standards.

Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Ideal Requirements for the Role:
Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen, Ideally 2 Years.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (preferred).

Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Passion for food and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings and possible split shifts at busy times.
