Van Mossel Jacksons are looking for a Warranty Administrator to work on site in Braddan.
Ensure that all costing is completed in an accurate, timely and profitable manner, without jeopardising customer loyalty.
To ensure that costing and warranty is completed within the Manufacturers and Jacksons guidelines.
To ensure that all external customer invoicing is up to date on a daily basis and that internal and warranty costing is up to date on at least a weekly basis.
To maintain the warranty systems for all manufacturers ensuring the maximum possible legitimate level of claim is submitted.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Experience in this environment is not essential but preparing invoices and customer files would help. This is not a customer facing role and only office based, working in a small team.
