Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance to join their team. You will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, preferably within the TCSP (Trust and Company Service Providers) sector. Key Responsibilities: Collation of data for internal and regulatory reporting. Acting as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).Developing and maintaining the risk framework. Conducting risk reviews and screening processes. Reviewing daily screening alerts across the wider Group. Providing support on AML/KYC matters to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Evaluating and enhancing internal controls, processes, and procedures. Assessing and improving risk management practices within the business. Making recommendations to enhance compliance and governance measures. Providing guidance and assurance support to improve policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Relevant compliance, risk management, or financial crime qualifications. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Experience in the TCSP sector is preferred. Proven experience in AML, KYC, and risk assessment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
