Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to join their team. Role Profile: You will take on a vital role in shaping and strengthening Group risk and compliance framework. Working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will lead on client due diligence reviews, support assurance and monitoring activities, and provide clear compliance advice to colleagues across the business. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to deliver to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Contributing to the identification, management, and mitigation of compliance and financial crime risks. Supporting the effective operation and development of the Groups risk and compliance framework, policies, and procedures. Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and operational processes, supporting robust governance and control. Providing advanced administrative and technical compliance support while helping to embed a strong culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Key Skills & Requirements: 2 to 4 years experience in a compliance risk or internal audit role within a regulated financial services firm (ideally Class 4 and 5). Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, beneficial ownership, and corporate structures. Experience reviewing EDD, complex corporate/trust structures, and assessing cross-border risk. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively. A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICA, CAMS, ICSA) or commitment to study. Desirable: Experience of file review and compliance monitoring methodologies Interest in on-going professional development and career progression. Ability to initiate and manage projects independently. Curiosity to engage with new technologies and processes.
