We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong background in online casinos to drive our Communication and Promotional tools forward. If you have a knack for crafting rewarding and exhilarating experiences that keep players coming back, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and ensuring it resonates with sports enthusiasts and gamers alike.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, designers, product managers, architects, sports and marketing SMEs and stakeholders to gather insights and transform them into innovative solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform product decisions, optimizing features and creating a first class user experience based on insights.

Business Case Creation: Develop comprehensive business cases to justify product investments and guide strategic initiatives.

Customer-Centric Approach: Champion the fan experience by integrating user feedback into product development, ensuring products meet and exceed user expectations.

Value-Driven Prioritization: Assess and prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value, focusing on stories, epics, and themes aligned with our strategic objectives.

Agile Excellence: Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases, followed by monitoring and adapting to enhance user satisfaction.

Product Development: Own the delivery of products and features from concept to release, managing the entire life-cycle for your products with a focus on player engagement and retention.

Requirements
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in online gaming, with a strong focus on retention products, slots, and sports betting.

Product Development Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering projects within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision- making and product improvements.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the product vision and collaborate with diverse teams.

Innovative Mindset: An inquisitive and detail-oriented approach to problem- solving, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
