International Suppy Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution across multiple regions. Ensure supply chain scalability and resilience to support business growth, new market entry, and seasonal fluctuations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize global supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, logistics partners, and distributors. Coordinate cross-border shipping, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.Manage inventory levels across multiple markets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with global vendors and transport providers. Work with internal stakeholders to integrate supply chain operations with Shopify and other ERP or CRM systems. Support B2B and B2C distribution models, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills. Advanced understanding of international logistics, customs, and trade compliance. High level of proficiency in Shopify, ERP systems, and supply chain management software. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Danish.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar international retail or supply chain management role. Proven experience managing global supply networks and vendor relationships. Experience in B2B sales and e-commerce operations is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is desirable. A management or leadership qualification (e.g. Diploma in Management) is desirable. Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally as required. Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation experience. Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization. Demonstrated success in building scalable supply chain strategies for multi-market retail operations.
