Online Sales Manager

Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a global online sales strategy across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces. Oversee daily operations of Shopify stores and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and site performance.Optimize product content, SEO, and merchandising to maximize conversion and revenue. Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product launches and seasonal campaigns. Monitor marketplace compliance, performance metrics, and implement improvements to boost sales efficiency.Identify new digital opportunities and trends to enhance online sales growth.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in online or digital sales management within retail or e-commerce. Proven success managing and growing sales on Shopify, Amazon, and eBay across international markets. Experience in both B2C and B2B online channels. Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Management (or equivalent professional experience) is desirable. Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards. Experience in global online expansion and multi-market e-commerce operations is an advantage. Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Danish. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally when required. Experience managing multilingual content and global payment gateways.
