Think Recruitment Works is supporting a well-established legal firm in their search for an experienced and organised Legal Secretary to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and secretarial skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange client appointments and manage court and fee earner diaries.
Record time and file notes accurately using recorder software.
Prepare and process private case invoicing.
Complete audio typing of correspondence and legal documents.
Provide general administrative support, using Microsoft Word and Excel daily.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or within a professional office environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with accurate typing and document preparation skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
Professional communication and client service skills.
