We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Transfer Administrator to join our Settlements & Asset Servicing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in financial services who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing client asset transfers, including stock and cash movements.
Verify client and account details before submitting transfer requests.
Liaise with custodians, platforms, and fund managers to ensure timely completion of transfers.
Monitor progress and keep internal teams and clients updated.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to internal procedures and regulatory standards.
Investigate and resolve issues or delays, escalating where necessary.
Contribute to process improvements and support the wider Settlements & Asset Servicing team.
About You:
At least two years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally in settlements, asset servicing, or investment administration.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, who enjoys contributing to shared goals.
Proactive, reliable, and committed to providing excellent client service.
