The Assistant Manager at the Ramsey store will support the Store Manager in managing daily operations, leading the team in their absence and ensuring high standards of customer service, sales, and operational performance. Key responsibilities include motivating and supporting staff, assisting with recruitment, training, appraisals and performance management, managing stock control, overseeing merchandising and promotional activities, handling customer enquiries and complaints, conducting floor checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements. The role requires previous supervisory or management experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer focused and professional attitude, confident decision making under pressure, good IT skills including Microsoft Office, and a proactive, organised and reliable approach.
