We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be supporting the team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and the help grow our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes and have experience with CRM software, to manage and analyse customer interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Track sales activities and client interactions on CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
