Service Manager

Main Responsibilities:
You will lead the Family Support service by bringing a high degree of experience and expertise in relation to family support cases. You will ensure that the service delivers the highest quality help and support for children and families.
You will support the Operational Manager and other colleagues in overseeing the quality of practice and ensuring that practice is child and outcome-focused.
You will provide hands-on and on-site advice for the Family Support and the Supervised Contact Centre staff and managers by responding to safeguarding concerns, practice queries and any urgent matters that arise.
Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
Educated to Level 3 or above with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education, or equivalent.
Full driving licence and business insurance.
