Fullmoon Thai is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and culture focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing an exceptional dining experience. This is a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant Thai restaurant where genuine hospitality and authentic cuisine are paramount.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of our operation, overseeing all front and back of house activities. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, scheduling staff, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring a positive, productive work environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Managerial Experience: Minimum of three years experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering consistently high quality customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently.
Operational Acumen: Strong skills in staff training, financial management, inventory control, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Leadership and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and team leadership abilities, capable of motivating staff and fostering teamwork.

Thai Cultural and Culinary Knowledge (A Must):
Deep understanding of Thai cuisine, including ingredients, preparation methods, and regional differences, to confidently explain various dishes and ingredients to customers. Familiarity with Thai culture and hospitality practices to ensure an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
