Our client is looking for an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Duties include:
General office administration and managing emails.
Maintaining accurate records and digital files.
Processing client and purchase orders.
Liaising with clients and suppliers.
Assisting with accounts reconciliation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ admin experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office / 365 or G-Suite.
GCSEs Grade C or above in Maths and English.
