Karsons Pharmacy is recruiting three experienced Pharmacy Dispensers to join a forward-thinking, family-run team, as we continue to develop and expand our service provision to our patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled dispensers who want to move into a pharmacy where they’ll be valued, supported, and genuinely able to make an impact, as well as learn new skills, progress their career (accuracy checking, technician, leadership and management), and be involved in more advanced patient care.
You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team that puts patients first, takes pride in high standards, and shares a clear vision for growth and service development. The role centres around our core dispensary, with the chance to contribute to our expanding MDS service and, over time, develop into specialist areas such as medical cannabis and clinical services. Strong, confident patient communication is essential, both verbal and written — you’ll be actively involved in treating patients, promoting our services, and supporting service delivery alongside the pharmacist.
We’re looking for organised, competent dispensers with at least one year of community pharmacy experience, strong counter skills, an MCA qualification, digital confidence (PMR, Excel, Word, Emails, Digital Workflows), and the professionalism to maintain excellent accuracy and patient care. Full-time and 30-hour roles are available, with Saturday mornings on rota.
