We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Learning Support to join our dedicated team at The Buchan School. This is a permanent, part-time role (0.5/0.6 FTE), offering an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our Learning Support provision.
The successful candidate will:
Oversee and manage the Learning Support department.
Ensure high-quality support for pupils with additional learning needs.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to promote inclusive education.
Requirements:
Relevant teaching qualification and experience in Learning Support/SEN.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
