Van Mossel IOM Limited are looking for a Regional Manager - Island.
Main Purpose of Job:
To lead and oversee all operations, performance and growth initiatives within the Island. To take full responsibility for financial performance, people management, organisational culture, risk and reputation, stock management, delivery of strategic goals, including the implementation of regional ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies. implementation of Group policies and disciplines, input into Group strategy as required, develop business culture in line with Group’s aims.
The role reports directly to the Board and plays a critical role in shaping the Company’s regional impact.
Manage and develop the Company’s position and reputation within the Island community, developing sound business and corporate relations, building customer advocacy through disciplined business process and customer-centric behaviours whilst imbedding business support into the region. Representing the Company in local.
Experience/Knowledge Required: Extensive automotive retail leadership experience across multi-brand, multi-site operations, ideally at GM, Director, COO or MD level. Strong background managing large teams and full dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, parts, F&I, fleet, and compliance. Deep expertise in F&I performance, compliance, FCA audits and process implementation. Significant CRM and customer-experience leadership, delivering top-tier satisfaction scores and instilling customer-centric culture across departments.
