We are seeking a confident leader to manage and motivate a high-performing customer service team. You’ll ensure service excellence, coach and develop your team, and keep the customer at the heart of everything.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, support, and develop the team to meet KPIs and service standards.
Manage resources to handle workload peaks effectively.
Drive process improvements and resolve complex issues.
Promote a culture of professionalism, compliance, and collaboration.
Who you are:
Experienced in high-volume customer service, ideally in insurance.
Strong communicator and team player who inspires and empowers others.
Knowledgeable in risk management, regulatory complaints, and data protection.
This is a 6-month contract for a proactive, customer-focused leader ready to make an impact.
