Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their busy Customer Services team. This role involves handling a wide range of customer and adviser queries by phone and email, ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. You’ll gain broad knowledge across multiple products and processes, while supporting ongoing improvements within the department.

Main Duties:
Respond to customer and adviser queries promptly and professionally.
