We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Operations Specialist to support our clients Customer Service and operational team. You’ll lead process improvements, manage risks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Support complex cases, complaints, and escalations.
Identify and implement process improvements using data insights.
Maintain process documentation and customer forms.
Lead root cause analysis, risk events, and data protection breaches.
Provide training and coaching to colleagues.
Oversee control reporting, reconciliations, and audit activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Curious, tenacious, and improvement-focused.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 A*–C / 9–4 GCSEs (including English and Maths).
Administration certification (FA1) desirable.
