Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator with an understanding of customer due diligence, withdrawal & surrender processing and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Customer Services Administrator will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Life Assurance, ideally within withdrawal / surrender processing and a strong understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority’s (FSA’s) Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
