An experienced Customer Services Team Leader is required to lead and support a customer service team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The Role:
You will manage, coach and develop a team to deliver excellent customer outcomes while meeting KPIs and service standards. Responsibilities include resource planning, performance management, complaint resolution, risk and control oversight, and supporting process improvements and change.

About You:
You will be a confident people leader with customer service experience, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment. You are organised, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

Experience managing a customer service team.

Knowledge of complaints handling, data protection and risk controls.

Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.

Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*–C / 9–4), including English and Maths.

Financial services or insurance experience desirable.
