Affiliate Executive – Mandarin Speaking

Key responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Growth & Conversion. Strengthen the affiliate acquisition and conversion process to enhance overall partner quality and performance. Drive targeted and precise conversion of Asia-based affiliate leads using tailored communication and partnership strategies. Monitor pending or inactive affiliate sign-ups and actively convert them into engaged, revenue-generating partners. Analyse conversion performance across different channels and provide actionable insights to improve commission efficiency and partner ROI.
2. Affiliate Relationship Management. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates to encourage sustained engagement and improved traffic quality. Support affiliates with promotional materials, localised marketing assets, and performance optimisation advice to increase player conversion. Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager and internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Data, Social) to ensure communications are timely, compliant, and aligned with campaigns. Contribute to partner retention and loyalty through consistent, strategic relationship nurturing.
3. Development of Affiliate Tools & Processes. Research and identify tools and systems that improve affiliate conversion tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. Evaluate and implement digital solutions that enhance partner onboarding, data visibility, and acquisition support. Help reinforce our growth-focused marketing approach by improving conversion precision and leveraging effective tools for Asia-based partners. Maintain operational continuity for the affiliate programme during ongoing structural and strategic adjustments.
4. Role Alignment & Future Focus. Support both current affiliate campaigns and long-term growth initiatives, especially in preparation for major sporting and promotional periods (e.g., World Cup 2026). Collaborate with the Social Media & Marketing teams to align influencer and affiliate activities across key channels (Weibo, Telegram, TikTok, etc.). Help drive cross-channel synergy to improve traffic quality, partner engagement, and overall player conversion.
Skills & Experience: Interest in affiliate marketing, acquisition strategies, or partnership development. Comfortable reviewing performance data and identifying simple insights. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with a growth-driven mindset. Collaborative, with willingness to work across teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
