Our client has a permanent opportunity within their Customer Services Complaints Team. Reporting to the Complaints Team Manager, the Complaints Officer will independently investigate and respond to complaints from customers within the Insurance Division and from external stakeholders. This role involves handling complaints that can be complex in nature and requires a methodical, analytical approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying root causes, applying product and systems knowledge, and recommending fair and appropriate resolutions, while ensuring regulatory and internal service standards are met.
