An excellent opportunity for a proven Food & Beverage Manager to take full operational responsibility for a busy 4-star hotel and golf resort.
This is a floor-led leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, team development expertise, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards across all F&B outlets.
You Must Have:
Significant experience in hotel or resort F&B management.
Proven leadership of multi-outlet operations.
Strong budget control and financial performance experience.
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, alcohol licensing and compliance.
A hands-on, visible leadership style.
Eligibility to Work:
Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the Isle of Man or UK.
