Van Mossel IOM are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our busy team in the Isle of Man. You will be responsible for managing all aftersales activities, including service, parts, and customer support, ensuring the departments run efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on developing the team, implementing operating policies, managing resources, and driving profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The Aftersales Manager will oversee departmental structures, staffing, budgets, and operational procedures, while monitoring performance and adjusting plans based on market trends and competitor activity. Building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and internal stakeholders is essential to support franchise growth and long-term success.
Candidates should have proven experience managing aftersales operations, ideally in automotive prestige or multi-brand dealerships, with strong business and financial acumen. Leadership skills, the ability to develop high-performing teams, excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication across all levels are essential. Relevant industry qualifications or equivalent experience are required.
