The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service, motivated staff, and happy guests at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
Leading, training, and motivating the FOH team.
Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
Stock control, ordering, and supplier management.
Cash handling, rotas, and labour control.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and presentation.
Working closely with the kitchen and senior management team.
About You:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Confident, organised, and calm under pressure.
Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
