We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to provide excellent customer service and support for mobile and residential products.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional sales and after-sales support to all customers.
Demonstrate and sell products and services.
Ensure customer needs are met and services are correctly set up.
Use computerised systems accurately after training.
Assist with training new team members if required.
Skills & Experience:
Previous sales experience and passion for customer service.
Ability to deal with difficult customers professionally.
Enthusiasm for new technology and retail environments.
Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge desirable.
