A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Services Administrator within a New Business team.
Key responsibilities:
Review and quality-check new business documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with AML/KYC and multi-jurisdictional regulations.
Process applications in line with internal procedures.
Liaise with financial advisers and customers to obtain outstanding information.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 4 years’ experience in life assurance, ideally in new business or AML.
Strong knowledge of AML, CDD, FATCA, CRA, and offshore regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve complex cases.
