We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Account Management team. This is a key role acting as the primary point of contact for Advisers and IFGL Sales teams, providing support on new business applications, product guidance, and relationship management. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth onboarding processes and delivering exceptional service standards.
The main responsibilities will include:
Assist IFGL Sales Team and Advisers with new business applications to meet service standards.
Provide sales administration support to IFGL Sales and regional offices.
Support product training for Advisers and IFGL staff.
Act as a conduit between Advisers, their operations teams, and IFGL New Business Team to resolve issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert on products open to new business.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide feedback on product features and developments.
Support networking and marketing events both locally and off-island.
Monitor sales activity and produce management information.
To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
Working knowledge of new business and operational processes for international investment/life insurance products.
Solid understanding of international investment/life insurance products.
Experience in dealing effectively with product distributors.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
Knowledge of UK Trust and Estate Planning structures would be advantageous.
Knowledge of UK WRAP platforms and Discretionary Fund Managers would be advantageous.
