Our client is seeking a Contracts and Onboarding Administrator to support the preparation, management and administration of contracts and onboarding documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and manage contracts, agreements, minutes and resolutions.
Maintain accurate contract records and tracking systems.
Monitor contract deadlines, renewals and compliance requirements.
Liaise with internal teams including sales, legal and finance.
Support contract reviews, negotiations and audit activities.
Produce reports and summaries for management.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in contracts administration or legal support.
Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
