We are seeking a Financial Crime Prevention Specialist, DMLRO-controlled function, to play a central role in protecting our clients' businesses from financial crime, regulatory risk, and reputational harm, while supporting the MLRO and Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining a strong governance and risk framework. The role involves acting (or being ready to act) as an Approved Person undertaking the DMLRO function, overseeing Suspicious Activity Reports and law enforcement liaison, maintaining and enhancing AML/CFT and financial crime risk frameworks across jurisdictions, interpreting regulatory change, embedding proportionate policies and controls, contributing to board reporting and strategic projects, supporting due diligence for business initiatives, and building strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AML/CFT and financial crime legislation, significant experience in a senior financial crime role within a multi-jurisdictional financial services environment, strong regulatory and operational risk awareness, excellent influencing and communication skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and hold (or be working towards) a relevant professional qualification such as an ICA Diploma.
