Credit Control / Admin Assistant

We are looking for a detail-orientated, proactive and adaptable team member to join our credit control team in the Isle of Man.
We work across multiple sites/entities and the role is in a fast paced, high-volume environment that is always evolving.
In this role you will assist with various aspects of the credit control process, these include processing invoices and receipts, managing customer queries, monitoring credit limits, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate records and chasing up on overdue payments.
We're looking for someone with some previous credit control and administrative experience, must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office, Outlook) and ideally have some finance software experience (Quick Books).
Our ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail paired with strong communication skills (verbal and written), a flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently. Multi-site operation experience would be an advantage.

Candidates must already be living in the Isle of Man and have the right to work. No overseas applications or relocations will be considered.
