Experienced Washing Up Assistant

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Washing Up Assistant who can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. The role focuses on ensuring all washing up is completed thoroughly, equipment is well cared for, and the work area remains clean, organised and professional at all times. Responsible for all front of house washing up, glasses and cutlery polishing using a dishwasher and all of the Kitchen pots and pans by hand washing in the sink. We are a team of 4 working in a small environment so spatial awareness and ability to work around others is essential.
Shifts will vary weekly depending on levels of trade but could include evenings and lunch times .between Wednesday and Sunday. We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Number of shifts a week could vary between 2-4.
