The successful candidate will join a large, multi-branch small animal practice, delivering high-quality first opinion care across a varied caseload that includes consulting, surgery, and emergency and critical care, supported by modern facilities and a collaborative team environment. You will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills in small animal medicine and surgery, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to case management while contributing to a positive, learning-focused culture. A commitment to continuous professional development is essential, with opportunities to develop clinical interests and gain further qualifications supported by mentorship and CPD funding. The role requires flexibility to participate in a rota including weekend and on-call duties, alongside adaptability to flexible working patterns that support work–life balance.
