Project Administrator Overview: We are seeking a Project Administrator to add support to our client's compliance function. This role will primarily focus on client file reviews and assisting with regulatory obligations, particularly in relation to AML/CFT requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct reviews of client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies. Assist in maintaining compliance with AML/CFT legislation and regulatory standards. Identify and escalate any discrepancies or compliance concerns. Support the compliance team with administrative tasks and documentation. Maintain organised and up-to-date records in line with company procedures. Key Requirements: Previous experience within the CSP industry. Understanding of AML/CFT legislation and compliance requirementsExperience undertaking file reviews or similar administrative/compliance tasksStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team DesirableExperience in a compliance-focused role. Background in administrative support within a regulated environment. Exposure to client onboarding or due diligence processes.
