Junior Baker & Delivery Driver / Packaging Assistant @ Noa Bakehouse – Isle of Man.

We’re looking for someone at the very start of their food journey to join our team at Noa Bakehouse.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who wants to learn the craft of real sourdough baking while being part of a small, independent business that genuinely cares about what it does, not just feel-good values, but doing actual good.

You’ll be working across a split role:

Assisting with early morning sourdough production.
Packaging baked goods with care and consistency.
Delivering to our cafés and retail and wholesale partners.
Supporting the team wherever needed in a busy bakehouse.

Noa Bakehouse is more than just a bakery. We’re a sourdough bakery, patisserie, coffee roastery, and microbrewery — all under one roof. We’re small, independent, and driven by quality, ethics, and a love for proper food.

About You:

This role would suit someone young (in mindset, not just age) who:

Wants a practical, hands-on career, not just a job.
Enjoys early mornings and being productive while the world is quiet.
Works well in a team environment.
Is reliable, organised, and up for a challenge.
Has a full driving licence.
the role is split between: packaging products and delivering them across the island and helping refresh the natural yeasts and shaping and cleaning the bakery.

No experience needed — just the right attitude. We’ll teach you the rest.
