Our client seeks a Head of Compliance to take ownership of their AML/CFT framework and financial crime reporting obligations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can combine regulatory expertise with a practical, business-friendly mindset. You will act as the AML/CFT Compliance Officer, ensuring the systems and controls are effective while also managing suspicious activity reporting and regulatory engagement. Key Responsibilities: Compliance / AMLCO: Maintain and develop AML/CFT framework in line with Isle of Man regulations. Conduct and oversee the Business Risk Assessment (BRA). Monitor the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and controls. Provide clear, pragmatic advice to the business on compliance matters. Deliver and oversee staff training and awareness. Report regularly to senior management on compliance risks and issues. Act as the main point of contact with the IOMFSA.
