Role Profile: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Compliance to join Isle of Man operations. As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of statutory and regulatory compliance while acting as the designated Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO/DMLRO). You will lead and develop a high-performing compliance team, maintain robust monitoring systems, and serve as the principal point of contact with local regulatory bodies.
