We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join us as a Part-Time Architectural Technician and General Office Assistant.
This varied role would suit someone with architectural/technical drawing experience who is also comfortable assisting with day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and amending architectural drawings.
Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions.
General administrative and office support.
Managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
Supporting the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
Good organisational and communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Previous architectural or construction industry experience preferred.
