Our client seeks an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. You will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining Anti-Money Laundering and Combatting Financing of Terror (AML/CFT) Quality Assurance frameworks. This is your opportunity to work alongside motivated professionals, while contributing to meaningful regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the AML/CFT Quality Assurance framework in line with relevant regulations and industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive QA reviews across Money Laundering Surveillance (MLS) processes in accordance with established frameworks. Perform in-depth analysis to ensure organisational products and services adhere to all relevant legislation and regulations. Capture findings and conclusions in required reporting formats and prepare outcomes as prescribed by policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Financial Intelligence Centre to address large scale or sensitive financial crimes as required. Contribute to periodic and ad-hoc system, process or data related reviews including rule tuning and transaction monitoring. Manage and monitor implementation of improvements and remedial actions from QA findings until completion. Key Skills & Experience: Diploma in Risk Management. 3-4 years' experience in Compliance with specific focus on AML/CFT processes. Proven experience in analysis of money laundering and terrorist financing indicators and trends. Strong background in banking processes, products and systems. Experience in quality assurance or audit with demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative assessments. Experience in oversight roles related to AML/CFT analytics. Background in Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Market Abuse, Anti-Money Laundering and CFT Surveillance. Strong stakeholder management skills across various internal and external levels.
