Our client is looking to appoint a Company Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality corporate services. The role involves statutory administration, client communication, payment processing, annual reviews, and supporting large transactions and ad hoc projects.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in the corporate or fiduciary sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of offshore structures and banking systems. Working towards a STEP or CG qualification is preferred.
