Our client seeks an Administration Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Process applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with regulations and procedures. Manage case files proactively, including follow-up activities to gather additional information and maintain up-to-date records. Calculate values and communicate outcomes to the necessary individuals and institutions. Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, and written correspondence. Contribute to the development and maintenance of management information systems and statistical reporting. Participate in continuous review of working practices to improve efficiency and service effectiveness. Provide backup support across corporate services during peak operational periods. Key Skills and Experience: 5 GCSEs, including English Language, at Grade C (4) or above. Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear and effective communication abilities, both face-to-face and over the telephone. Proven customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally. Strong relationship-building skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.Resilience to work effectively under normal and extended work pressures.
