You will deliver excellent performance with the discipline required to meet changing regulatory requirements. As MLRO, you will assist in developing and maintaining a good compliance culture throughout the Isle of Man office and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, reporting requirements and controls imposed by regulators and the Board of Directors | About You: You will be a strategic thinker and effective problem solver with the ability to initiate and manage change. Previous experience as a Key Person, MLRO or DMLRO is advantageous along with a degree or relevant professional qualification such as an ICA Certificate or Diploma with relevant experience at a senior level in the trust and company sector.
